The Finance Department manages and safeguards the Village’s resources, implements and monitors the budget and analyzes fiscal trends.  The Department prepares the Village’s budget document after which the Board of Trustees and Mayor determines the final budget document and the allocation of resources it represents.  The Department is also responsible for records control, accounting, purchasing, payroll, and collection of revenues and receivables transacted by the Village. ​
